Phase two of the Perfect Lager Project saw the introduction of two lagers 34 and 51. After gathering all the data about the perfect lager moment, the brewers set to work and produced these two brews. Phase 2 helped us find out more about the characteristics of each brew and asked us to make our decision as to which one should stay.
